What REAL DIFFERENCE is there between the three ‘06 Yamaha Roadliners?

Prices on their website in Canada show 3 prices from Top of the Line to Base model.

Roadliner ‘S’ @ K, Roadliner ‘Midnight’ @ K, Roadliner @ .5K.

I read then printed out the Technical Data, Specs, Accesories and Side by Side comparision. There isn’t any difference other than cost and paint colour available. Since the site doesn’t show a way to link and contact them, I ask here instead amongst real world experts.
